Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Axene Continuing Education ("Axene CE") services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Axene CE provides CAPCE-accredited EMS continuing education courses delivered in a podcast-style format. Our services include course access, certificate issuance, and CE credit reporting to NREMT.

Account Registration

You must create an account to access courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Course Access and Pricing

Individual courses are available for $10 per credit hour. The annual subscription provides unlimited course access for $175 per year. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Course access is granted upon successful payment.

Certificates and CE Credits

Upon successful completion of a course (including passing the post-course assessment), you will receive a digital certificate. CE credits are CAPCE-accredited and can be used to meet state and NREMT recertification requirements. Certificates can be printed or downloaded from your account.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a course or subscription, please contact us to discuss your options. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account, distribute course content, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. Course content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including audio, text, images, and assessments, is the property of Axene Continuing Education LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Axene CE provides educational content for continuing education purposes. Our courses are not a substitute for clinical judgment or direct patient care guidance. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on course content.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
